"My kids were interested in it..."
My kids were interested in it at times, but their motivation kind of came and went. Some days they seemed into it, and other days it was a bit of a struggle to get them engaged.

"Didn’t feel very personalized"
I really wanted this to work for my kid , but the lessons felt random most of the time . We didn’t get much personal guidance , and progress was slower than I expected . For the price , I thought it would be a lot more tailored .

"Felt a bit too expensive for us"
For me, it just didn’t feel like the value matched the monthly price. The lessons were fine overall, but I personally didn’t see anything that made the cost feel worth it. I was hoping for a little more guidance and better results, especially at that price point. In the end, we decided to cancel because it just wasn’t making sense for our situation

"We tried hellothinkster with my son for a..."
We tried hellothinkster with my son for a few months, and to be honest, I really didn’t see much progress. A lot of the work started to feel repetitive, and he kept getting stuck on the same kinds of problems over and over. The feedback also wasn’t always quick, and when we did get it, it didn’t always feel that useful. Then again, maybe it works great for some kids, ours just got frustrated. For what it costs, I expected a clearer plan or at least some noticeable improvement. We eventually stopped because it just wasn’t clicking for him.

"Felt Ignored by the Tutors"
I wasn’t too happy with the tutoring experience. I reached out for help a few times, but the replies took way too long, and when I did get a response, it didn’t feel very helpful. It kind of felt like I was being ignored, which was frustrating when I really needed support.

"I wanted to like this app, but..."
I wanted to like this app, but it’s been really frustrating. It freezes a lot, and sometimes the lesson just won’t load at all. My kid ends up sitting there waiting and getting upset, and then the app randomly logs us out on top of it. The layout is also more confusing than it needs to be, with simple things taking way too many taps. For what it costs, I think it’s only fair to expect something more reliable, especially when kids are the ones trying to use it.
